Emergency clothing support for those affected by crisis
When people can't access clean, appropriate clothing, it affects more than their wardrobe. It affects their ability to attend school, land a job, and move through the world with dignity.
We serve individuals and families across the Kansas City metro, including children and seniors. Whether you're navigating job loss, a housing crisis, domestic violence, or simply making ends meet, you are welcome here.
Aly - Donor
"There’s something powerful about knowing your contribution isn’t getting lost in a big system. It’s staying local, helping neighbors, and strengthening the community we’re all a part of. It also creates a ripple effect when people feel supported, they’re more likely to give back in their own way. For me, it’s not just about donating, it’s about being connected to something meaningful and knowing that even small acts of generosity can make a real difference in someone’s life."
Becky - volunteer
“I volunteer because something as simple as clothing can restore dignity, confidence, and hope. I’ve seen firsthand how many individuals and families in our community are quietly struggling—choosing between basic necessities and something as essential as appropriate, well-fitting clothes. A free clothing boutique doesn’t just meet a physical need; it creates a welcoming, judgment-free space where people are treated with respect and care. It’s about more than clothing—it’s about reminding people they matter.”
Johnson County Dept. of Corrections

Kristy - Donor
"It means a lot to me to donate my gently used clothing to a nonprofit that helps people in our local community. I appreciate knowing that clothing my family no longer needs can go to someone else who does, free of charge."
